What Does the International Anti-Aging Institute Do?

The International Anti-Aging Institute is a professional organization that has doctors and scientists as members. The Institute has focused on issues of longevity and health. They hold regular conferences all over the world that are attended by doctors, scientists, pharmacists and other professionals. A recent conference was held in London, England . The conference discussed issues of health, aging and increasing lifespan.
One of the areas of research is anti-aging hormones. You may have heard about HGH, or human growth hormone. The jury is still out on whether or not this hormone is a fountain of youth or a dangerous treatment. There have been both side effects and benefits from various studies and applications. Some people swear by the rejuvenating effects of HGH and feel it can increase longevity and health, while others think it is a dangerous thing to consider. There must be lots more study performed before a definitive answer can be reached on this issue.
Nutrition, supplementation and exercise is another area of study that is popular. You may already know that a healthy diet and the right vitamins can go a long way towards good health. You can buy skin care products designed to help you look younger in drugstores, department stores, and at your dermatologists' office. The International Anti-Aging Institute is learning which treatments make the most difference in how young a person looks. They not only study topical treatments like creams, lotions and serums, but orally administered treatments and other treatments like injections and laser light applications.
